At no increased cost to taxpayers, approving the Building Bond would support the District in upholding its high standards in academic excellence, well-being and overall safety.

District-wide Improvements

• All schools will receive improvements to safety and security.
• Most schools will also receive new small-group instructional spaces, creating more opportunities for personalized learning and targeted academic support.

Middle Schools

• Having seen the fewest facility upgrades in the past two decades, middle schools will receive the largest investment.
• Modern science classrooms to support hands-on learning and expanded cafeteria areas to better serve growing student populations.
• Planned improvements include new flexible, multi-use gymnasiums and performance spaces that benefit both students and the wider community

Deephaven Elementary School

• Deephaven Elementary will receive a gym to match what the District’s other elementary schools have.

Minnetonka High School

• Planned updates include a redesigned counseling center to better support student well-being and expanded cafeteria space.
